Commercial

Use of the assets is strictly and explicitly limited to the number of End Users declared and paid for at time of purchase. For a single license purchase, the assets may be installed on not more than two (2) devices, such as desktop or laptop computer workstations, notebooks, netbooks, tablets, and/or smartphones. If the assets will be installed on more than two (2) devices, a Multi-User Licenses must be purchased instead. If you are a company purchasing a Multi-User Licenses for your employees, your employees may use the assets anywhere in the world. You are responsible for all actions of the employees.

Use of the assets in the creation of design works for your personal use is permitted. If you design or create works for third parties, such as clients, you are considered a “Designer” and you may use the Stock Art to design or create such works for those third parties, provided that the use by those third parties is subject to the obligations and restrictions (but none of the privileges of the assets license) in this Agreement as if those third parties were you, and provided that you notify those third parties of those obligations and restrictions in writing. You may not allow any third party to use your copy of the assets. You may not send or transfer the assets, or any copy of the assets, to any third party. You may use the assets to print multiple copies of products, including clothing, packaging, posters, coffee mugs or similar commercial products, provided you do not exceed the 250,000 instance limit or violate any of the other restrictions. You may use the assets to create a company logo, subject to the restrictions in below. Other restrictions to the use of the assets are also set forth in those sections.

What is not allowed

You may not use the assets to create a trademark/logo for a brand without altering it in some way--it’s already copyrighted as is. (For example, you could purchase a license for a drawing of an eagle, but you’d have to put a circle around it or give it horns before you start “Eagle Clothing, Inc.™”) You may not use the assets in "print-on-demand" products and/or services including, but not limited to, physical goods for retail sale such as T-shirts, greeting cards, mugs, postage stamps, stickers, post cards, business cards, invitations on a customized, per order basis for retail sale such as by way of, but not limited to, Café Press, Zazzle, or other similar services. You may not use the assets in pornographic, fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal, blasphemous or defamatory material. You may not sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise grant rights of any kind to the assets. You may not make the assets available to others in any way, including as a downloadable file, an email attachment, MMS message or via any other electronic method that exists now or in the future. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, resell, distribute, produce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, re-digitize or create derivative works based on the Stock Art that you then make available as editable files.

Multi User License

If the assets will be installed on more than two (2) devices, a Multi-User License must be purchased. The extension fee covers the installation of the assets on three (3) or more devices, up to an unlimited number. If you are a company purchasing a Multi-User License for your employees, your employees may use the License anywhere in the world. You responsible for all actions of the employees. The Multi User License covers all the terms of Commercial license.

Item for Resale License

If the assets will be used for any items that are for sale, an Items For Resale License must be purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, physical media including CDs, CD packaging, DVDs, DVD packaging, printed books, book covers, commercial films, movies, and theatrical presentations, editorial media including printed magazines, newspapers, editorials, and newsletters, prints, posters, calendars, stationery, clothing, t-shirts, hats, video games, website templates, application templates, business cards, brochures, greeting cards, etc. The Item for Resell License covers all the terms of Commercial license.

Desktop

Can be used for

• Use for unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Use to create unlimited physical end products for sale
• Use for multiple clients and multiple projects
• Use for websites, apps, or video games (only as rasterized images)
• Use for physical Ads
• Use for digital Ads (only as rasterized images)
• Use for social media (only as rasterized images)

Can not be used for

• Redistribute, sublicense or share the font files
• Make font files available for download
• Create and sell modified versions of the fonts
• Create editable templates available for resale
• Embed the font on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties who are not licensed are able to work with the font.

Web Font License

Can be used for

• 1 Website
• For licensee’s web app and website usage only
• Embedding fonts using @font-face

Cannot be used for

• Redistribute, sublicense or share the font files
• Make font files available for download
• Create and sell modified versions of the fonts
• Create editable templates available for resale
• Embed the font on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties who are not licensed are able to work with the font

Extended License

Can be used for

• Up to 10 User
• Up to 10 Computer Installation
• Logo Usage/Logotype
• Unlimited Commercial & Personal Project
• Monetized Social Media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) : Unlimited Usage
• Blog : Unlimited Usage
• End Product For Sale (Product/Print Ads/Digital Impressions/Merchandise) : Unlimited Prints/Sales/Pcs
• Unlimited Websites
• Embedding fonts using @font-face
• Monthly Webpage Views : Unlimited Views

Cannot be used for

• Redistribute, sublicense or share the font files
• Make font files available for download
• Create and sell modified versions of the fonts
• Create editable templates available for resale
• Embed the font on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties who are not licensed are able to work with the font

E-pub License

Can be used for

• Use for creation of e-books and e-publications (one title per purchase)
• Embed font software in the e-book or e-publication (not extractable)

Cannot be used for

• Redistribute, sublicense or share the font files
• Make font files available for download
• Create and sell modified versions of the fonts
• Create editable templates available for resale
• Embed the font on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties who are not licensed are able to work with the font

App / Game / Server License

Can be used for

• Use in mobile, desktop or video game application (one app per purchase)
• Embed font software in the application (not extractable)
• Create editable templates available for resale (not extractable)

Cannot be used for

• Redistribute, sublicense or share the font files
• Make font files available for download
• Create and sell modified versions of the fonts
• Embed the font on a third party/Print on Demand website where third parties who are not licensed are able to work with the font

Broadcast License

Can be used for

• Video/Movies
• TV/Motion Graphic
• Unlimited Commercial Project

Cannot be used for
