Is this a one-time payment, or do I have to make monthly or annual payments for my purchase?

Absolutely, it's a one-time payment! Once you've made your purchase, there's no need to worry about any additional costs. We've got you covered. Enjoy our product without any further payments.

How do I buy your products?

All of our products are currently available to purchase directly via our website (Paypal) or our Creative Market (Other Payment Method) store.

Can I redistribute your products?

No, it is not allowed to redistribute items you’ve purchased on www.harmonaisvisual.com. You may not include the original items you purchased in any distributed end products. All products may be used one time in a commercial project. However, you can use the item unlimited times for personal projects. You don’t have to credit the original designer when you use an item.

Do I need Adobe Photoshop?

Our mockups are PSD files and so you will need Adobe Photoshop CS6 and above to open and edit these files. Which are in .psd format. Unfortunately, you cannot open these files using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign.

Do I need to know how to use Photoshop?

Our design templates and scene creator products are easy to use but will require a intermediate knowledge of Photoshop. With each purchase we include a Help file, which provides simple instructions for opening and editing our products.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, due to the instant delivery nature of these digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We strongly recommend that you read through the FAQ’s and contact us if you have any queries about a particular product prior to making a purchase.

Freebie licenses?

All mockup freebies are free for both personal and commercial usage; font freebies are free for personal usage. Enjoy!
